Give others access to your tables in a secure and temporary way – without them being able to change anything.
With SkanMate you can easily create a readable link to a table and share it with people who don't have a login. It is ideal for customers and partners who need to keep up, but not record anything themselves.
Share directly from the table
In each table you will find a 'Share' button.
Here you can create a shareable link, choose which columns to display, and determine how long the link should be active. The recipient does not need to log in and only gets access to what you allow.
Show only what is relevant
You have full control over which columns and rows are shared. This way you can share the entire table or only selected data, so the recipient only sees what is relevant – without revealing internal information.
Read‑only access
When someone gains access via a shareable link, they can view the table's contents but cannot change anything. This ensures your data remains accurate and unchanged, while you can share knowledge with others.
