Share directly from the table

In each table you’ll find a ‘Share’ button.

Here you can create a shareable link, choose which columns are displayed, and set how long the link is active. The recipient does not need to log in and only sees the data you grant access to.

Show only what is relevant

You have full control over which columns and rows are shared. This way you can share the entire table or only selected data, so the recipient only sees what is relevant – without revealing internal information.

Permanent read access

You can also grant permanent read access to users in the system. Just select who should have access to the table.

Transparency builds trust

By sharing data you create transparency and trust. Recipients can continuously stay updated on the work and see what has been documented.

Shared links automatically expire after the chosen period. You always have control over who has access – and for how long.
