User Management
Precisely control who has access to what – on both web and app.
With user management in SkanMate, you decide which tables each user has access to and which functions they may use. This way you can tailor the system to each role and ensure data is handled correctly.
Create new users with a few clicks
When you invite a new user, you choose the role, access (web and/or app), and which tables should be available. You can also grant access to all tables at once. The invitation is sent via email and can be set to expire automatically after a number of days.


Permissions and roles
Access and permissions in SkanMate are controlled through a combination of roles and table settings. This makes it easy to adjust accesses and distribute responsibility among users, projects, and teams.
Admin
The Admin role is the top role and typically the main responsible account:
- User management
- Account settings
- Can see everything and edit everything
User
The User role is intended for the daily user. As a user, the settings on each individual table determine your permissions:
- Read access – can only view
- Standard – record, view and edit data
- Manager – design and manage tables


Full overview and easy administration
In the user overview you always have a consolidated view of all active users. Here you can see status, adjust accesses, and delete users when necessary – all in one unified view.
